Well, sorry to disagree but then it makes no sense to me... Rareness is relative. If it isn't legendary and there's more then one, then i think people should be allowed to have it. In fact, there's already a member approved with it.... Oh well, let's see what Dawn says.

hmmm...
well in my opinion, Lucario isn't legendary...
they're quite easy to get on the game and so on...
but that'm my opinion...:X
Riolu shouldn't be legendary....
so i think you're okay with that Jordan...^^

It shouldn't matter. If people have Riolu, they can also have Lucario. Also, if you think about it, it still doesn't make that much sense... people can have Bulbasaur, Cyndaquil, Charmander and etc. why not Riolu/ Lucario? technically, according to C3l, they're also " hyper rare"...

Yea i've been to five different sites looking up info. on Lucario and none of them said he was legendary.......
